Quick & easy protein pancakes macros

Take back your breakfast with a protein, easy to make Protein Pancakes!

  • 2 Scoops of Scitec Nutrition 100% Whey Protein

  • 1 Egg

  • 100ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 Banana

  • 80grams of Oats

  • Canola Oil / Some type of oil for the pan

  • Toppings – Berries, Sugar free sauces etc.



  1. Blend all ingredients together in your blender until a thick but smooth consistency is achieved.
  2. Put the frying pan on the stove and set to a low heat. Spray the pan with oil.
  3. Once the pan is heated, pour the mixture onto the stove to make a circular shape. Team Muscle Maker regularly makes two on the pan at once.
  4. Wait until the pancake starts to bubble on the top, then flip it.
  5. Cook on the other side for 30 seconds to a minute, then serve onto your plate.
  6. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used and you have a stack of pancakes!
  7. Top your stack with whatever you want! Bearing in mind it will add to the caloric total of the meal. A Team Muscle Maker favourite topping is strawberries and sugar free maple syrup!
