We ship factory sealed supplements and apparel locally, nationally and internationally every day. We pride ourselves on having the fastest dispatch and delivery times possible, and we work around the clock to ensure that you get your products lightning fast.
Shipping & Handling Costs
All orders are express shipped
- For all orders under $120 the shipping and handling cost is only $9.95.
- For all orders over $120 the shipping and handling cost is FREE!
We ship orders Australia wide using Australia’s fastest and most trusted express delivery networks. Average delivery times are 2-5 days depending on your location. Newcastle/Hunter Region/Central Coast/Sydney Suburbs are commonly next day delivery.
We take pride in dispatching all orders within 24 Hours of payment being received in full and packaging all orders in the most secure way possible to avoid any damage during transit.

After placing your order, the following process will take place:
- You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being processed.
- Once your payment has been received in full, your order will be dispatched and you will receive a second email advising you that your order has been successfully shipped. We retain receipt of all tracking numbers. A copy of your tracking number is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- In the event that no person is at the shipping address to accept delivery of the order when it arrives:
- The delivery driver will leave the order in a safe place if such a place can be found; or
- The delivery driver will leave a card in the letterbox advising that the order is available for collection from a local shipping outlet (auspost for example).
- In the event that your order has not been received within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will help you resolve the situation.

If you have received your order and there is an issue with an item such as; Being out of date or not of satisfactory quality. Returns are accepted once you follow the following steps.
- Email us with your order number and name as the subject line.
- provide a detailed email explaining the issue
- provide clear photos of:
A) Product showing name, size, flavour
B) expiry date & batch number
C) the specific issue you have with said item
Once this email has been received by our team we will decide whether the issue is ok to go ahead with a full replacement tub of product or similair product.
