How To Make Cream Of Rice – The Easy Way

HOW TO MAKE CREAM OF RICE:
Stovetop:
- Place saucepan over high heat and bring 1 cup of water or your choice to of milk to boil.
- Slowly add 1/4 cup (40g) of Creamy Rice – stir continuously
- return to boil. Then reduce heat to medium and stir for 2-3 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
- Remove from heat. Let stand and mix well before serving.

Microwave:

- Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir the mixture then microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes until desired consistency is reached. Stire mixture every 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave. let stand and mix well before serving.

Drop in a handful of toasted coconut flakes and chocolate nibs or your favourite chocolate drops. Then drizzle with peanut butter and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.

Raspberry Pom Bowl
Place half a cup of fresh raspberries and pomegranate seeds on top of your Creamy Rice and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with honey.
Mixed Berry Quickie
Place 1 cup of frozen mixed berries on top of your Creamy Rice and sprinkle with crushed almonds and chia seeds. For extra sweetness drizzle honey over the berries and nuts.
