IMPROVED TASTE
The taste was one of the big things that was improved for the new formula. Arguably, the biggest challenge with powdered-based thermogenics is making them taste as good as an amino acid or pre-workout. To address this, Axe & Sledge swapped out grains of paradise for MitoBurn® L-B-Aminoisobutyric Acid (BAIBA). MitoBurn® is an equally effective alternative to grains of paradise that offers numerous benefits, specifically around supporting fat loss. For instance, BAIBA has been shown to initiate the “browning” of white adipose tissue. Brown adipose tissue has been shown to increase energy expenditure, improve insulin sensitivity, and help regulate weight management.

CUTTING EDGE INGREDIENTS
In addition to MitoBurn®, 2.5 grams of betaine anhydrous was added to 212º Thermo. Betaine anhydrous is usually present in pre-workouts thanks to its ability to increase athletic performance, including muscular strength and endurance. However, evidence suggests betaine anhydrous is beneficial for fat loss. Not only does it help with muscle preservation during a fat loss phase, supports a healthy metabolic rate, and promotes fatty acid oxidation while exercising.
