WHAT IS NITROSIGINE?
Nitrosigine is a unique patented compound from Nutrition21 that is made by bonding arginine, inositol and silicon together. By combining arginine with inositol and potassium silicate, the bioavailability of arginine and silicon is vastly improved, resulting in a greater portion of the substance being absorbed into the bloodstream and thus becoming more available for use by working muscles.
The proven nitric oxide boosting properties are seen as desirable for any level or type of athletes looking to improve their performance & increased pumps!
WHAT DOES IT DO/WHY USE IT?
Nitrosigine increases blood flow and nitric oxide levels. Specifically, the bonded arginine promotes the relaxation of smooth muscles in blood vessels to help increase blood flow and nutrient delivery to working muscles. In addition the Silicon found in Nitrosigine aids in providing flexibility and strength to arterial walls to further increase blood flow.
Supplementing with Nitrosigine enhances blood flow to encourage better muscle pumps and vascularity during and after your workouts, while also promoting more efficient oxygen delivery to muscles resulting in reduced fatigue and increased recovery from workouts.
WHEN DO I TAKE IT?
We recommend taking Nitrosigine once per day, approximately 10-30 minutes before your workout. It is typically found in pre workout and nitric oxide boosting supplements to be mixed with water and consumed. To achieve the greatest results from Nitrosigine. A single dose of Nitrosigine will boost arginine levels in as quickly as 30 minutes with levels continuing to stay elevated for up to 3 hours. Research supports long-term use of Nitrosigine can help build nitric oxide levels over time, leading to greater blood flow and improved cardiovascular health.
The most clinical daily dose is 500mg -1.5 grams taken per day before exercise.
