WHAT IS TAURINE?
Taurine is also know as L-Taurine & is a naturally occurring organic acid. It is often referred to as an amino acid but is not involved in the process of protein synthesis. Taurine is found in considerable amounts in the heart and brain, as well as in some food sources such as meat and fish. Most commonly you will notice it in your energy drinks, pre workouts and bodybuilding performance-based supplements.

WHEN DO I TAKE IT?
