With a whopping 8 grams of fibre per serve, these fluffy choc pb protein cakes are the surefire high protein way to kickstart your day. Make everyday feel like a cheat day with this healthy recipe!

ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Muscle Nation Plant Protein (Choc Peanut Butter Cup flavour)
  • 1 overripe banana
  • 4-5 tbsp almond milk (or milk of your choosing)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 20g smooth peanut butter
  • 15g milk chocolate chips
  • *optional* add oats for thicker pancakes
directions:
  1. Mash banana in a bowl
  2. Add almond milk, protein, baking powder and mix until smooth. (you don’t want the batter too runny)
  3. Preheat pan on medium or breville sandwich press
  4. Lightly spray pan with coconut oil or olive oil
  5. Pour batter to form a pancake
  6. Cook until bubbles form on top then flip and cook slightly
  7. Warm up peanut butter for 20-30sec in microwave to loosen and drizzle on stack
  8. Sprinkle choc chips on top
