ingredients:
- 1 scoop Muscle Nation Plant Protein (Choc Peanut Butter Cup flavour)
- 1 overripe banana
- 4-5 tbsp almond milk (or milk of your choosing)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 20g smooth peanut butter
- 15g milk chocolate chips
- *optional* add oats for thicker pancakes
directions:
- Mash banana in a bowl
- Add almond milk, protein, baking powder and mix until smooth. (you don’t want the batter too runny)
- Preheat pan on medium or breville sandwich press
- Lightly spray pan with coconut oil or olive oil
- Pour batter to form a pancake
- Cook until bubbles form on top then flip and cook slightly
- Warm up peanut butter for 20-30sec in microwave to loosen and drizzle on stack
- Sprinkle choc chips on top
