FORMULA AND DOSAGE

There is a massive 16 active ingredients that make up the Cross-Eyed pre workout. Being a 40/20 serve will depend if you like your pre workouts mild or a strong hit of energy!

If you decide to stick with the one scoop serve (40 Serves) then you’ll find that most of the ingredients that provide performance, pump and endurance are still efficaciously dosed. Which is usually hard to find. Most 40 serve pre’s require the 2 scoop serving size to get the proper dosages. The only thing that one scoop lacks is a massive hit of energy, which may be okay or desirable for those who are caffeine sensitive or train late at night.

Now if you decide to double scoop it then everything is extremely high dosed leading to one hell of a workout! With a huge 400mg kick of caffeine!

Energy: Caffeine Anhydrous (400mg), English Walnut (200mg), 

Pumps & Vasodilation: L-Citrulline Malate (6000mg),

RESULTS/EFFECTS

So far we have trained 2 weeks using Cross-Eyed for every workout. We have experimented with the 1 scoop serve and the 2 scoop serve. We’ve also mixed Zombie Labs Pumpz a few times. So it’s safe to say we’ve used this pre workout every way possible to get the best idea of it’s feeling & effects for all body parts.

Each time we used the 2 scoop serve and we agree that the pump and focus are the two main highlights. From the first rep to the last, the complete tunnel vision experience was second to none!

SIDE EFFECTS

With the stimulant dosage so high, you may experience the ‘jittery’ feeling throughout your training and possibly a slight-to-mid level crash post workout. Again, this is dependent on your caffeine tolerance. All of us here who have used Cross-Eyed felt absolutely none of these effects but it is not uncommon for inexperienced pre workout users and that is why the 1 scoop serve is recommended to begin with. 


FLAVOURS

Cross-Eyed is currently available in 3 flavours at the time of this review. Crazy Cotton Candy, Possessed Pine Mango, Raging Rainbow Lolly. The flavour we have been trialling is the Raging Rainbow Lolly. We would have to give this flavour about a 8 out of 10. The bar of taste in pre workouts in Australia has steadily increased over the years thanks to products like Disorder, Altered State or C4. So it’s hard to compete but Zombie Labs Cross-Eyed is definitely close to being up there with the best of the best.

With that being said, flavouring is very person by person. Only you can decide.


WHEN/HOW TO TAKE

We recommend taking 1-2 scoops of Cross-eyed pre workout 15-20min prior to training. Otherwise just 1 scoop to asses tolerance for beginners or those who are easily effected by caffeine & stimulants.
